By accessing or using Koda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Koda on behalf of a household, you represent that you have the authority to bind all household members to these Terms.

Koda is a household management application that provides:

• Baby tracking features (feeding, sleep, diapers, medications)
• Shared grocery lists and meal planning
• Household contact management
• Home maintenance reminders

You agree not to:

• Use Koda for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Koda, including information about your children, grocery lists, contacts, and photos. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely to provide the service to you and your household members.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any third party's rights.

The Koda application, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Koda and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Koda will be available at all times. We may:

• • Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
• • Experience outages due to factors beyond our control

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KODA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Koda after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Koda shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
