Child Information

To provide baby tracking features, we collect information you choose to enter about your children, including names, dates of birth, and care logs (feeding, sleep, diaper changes, medications). This data is only visible to members of your household.

Household Data

We store information you add to your household, including grocery lists, contacts, meal plans, and home maintenance reminders. This data is shared among all members of your household.

Photos & Images

If you upload profile photos for your children, these images are stored securely and are only accessible to your household members.

How We Use Your Information

Data Security

We take the security of your family's data very seriously. Here's how we protect it:

✓Secure Infrastructure: We use Supabase, built on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
✓Access Controls: Your data is only accessible to members of your household
✓No Selling: We never sell your personal information to third parties

Children's Privacy

Koda is designed for parents and caregivers to track information about their children. We are committed to protecting children's privacy:

•Child information is entered and controlled by parents/guardians
•We do not collect information directly from children
•Parents can view, edit, or delete their children's information at any time
•We comply with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

Your Rights:

• You can delete individual child profiles at any time
• You can request complete account deletion
• Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days

Vercel: Hosting and deployment
